Welcome to Jenny Parker. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, store, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Jenny Parker operates under the brand Creating Jennyland.

1. Services Overview

We provide digital products (including eBooks and downloadable content), physical printed materials, print-on-demand apparel, and related content. All products are provided for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit or restrict quantities

  • Correct pricing or product description errors at any time

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We use third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and Afterpay. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed:

  • The sale is final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available, except as required by law

You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with digital downloads.

5. Physical Products

Printed Books

Our printed books are shipped without additional protective packaging to minimise waste. Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Apparel (Print-on-Demand)

Apparel items are produced on demand and drop-shipped. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including text, images, videos, downloads, branding, and logos, is owned by Jenny Parker or licensed for use.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell content

  • Share digital products with third parties

  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

Our content may include spiritual, educational, or personal development material. All content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You acknowledge that:
