Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders containing print-on-demand apparel may require additional production time before shipping.

  • Orders containing multiple product types may be shipped separately.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

  • Selected international destinations

Shipping availability and costs are displayed at checkout.


Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.

Australia

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak periods.


Printed Books

Our printed books are shipped without additional protective packaging to reduce waste.

While we take care in preparing orders:

  • Minor cosmetic marks (such as light scuffing or edge wear) may occur during transit

  • These do not affect readability and are not considered defects


Apparel (Print-on-Demand T-Shirts)

All apparel items are:

  • Printed on demand

  • Drop-shipped directly from our fulfillment partner

Please ensure you:

  • Review the size chart carefully before ordering

  • Understand that production and shipping times may vary


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order contents

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Reshipping costs for returned or undeliverable parcels


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided when available.

Please note:

  • Tracking availability may vary by carrier and destination

  • International tracking may be limited once parcels leave the country of origin


Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country
