Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes (but is not limited to):

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Physical Books (Unpackaged Print Books)
Our physical books are printed and shipped without additional protective packaging to minimise waste.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The book arrives with significant damage that affects usability, and

You notify us within 7 days of delivery, and

You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small scuffs or edge marks) do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Apparel (Drop-Shipped T-Shirts)
All apparel items are printed on demand and drop-shipped, which means they are made specifically for your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The item arrives defective, or

You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
